This independently developed integrated machine realizes voice coil-diaphragm assembly and line marking. It automatically completes voice coil-diaphragm combination, copper wire folding and diaphragm marking & gluing processes. Equipment Features

Various glues can be used for marking. UV glue is mandatory for fixing the edge of diaphragm.

Main Process Flow
Wire passing through tensioner → Winding via spindle & indexing plate with hot air blowing synchronously → Wire cutting → Diaphragm pickup and loading onto fixture → 3D gluing (center glue station) → Voice coil pickup, placement & wire folding on diaphragm → 3D gluing (marking glue station) → Discharging to assembly line
